§ Mr. WaldenMy right hon. Friend has received a letter from the Principal of Edinburgh university, and I heard representations at first hand when I visited Aberdeen university on 2 June. We have also received about two dozen representations on the 1986–87 grant allocations for Scottish universities from hon. Members, university staff and students.
