Mr. Tom Clarke

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will list all bilateral aid projects over £2 million approved by his Department (a) in 1985 and (b) in the first five months of 1986.

Mr. Raison

In 1985 and so far in 1986 the following individual aid projects worth over £2 million have been approved or agreed; the list excludes aid and trade provision projects, bilateral aid in non-project form, and investments by the Commonwealth Development Corporation.
