§ Mr. Phillip Oppenheimasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what action he intends to take in respect of pre-1984 Telecommunications Act licences which will cease to be valid on 5 August.
§ Mr. PattieI shall be making an order under the 1984 Act which will have the effect of extending their validity by up to a further three years depending on the licence involved.
