Whether the Industrial Air Pollution Inspectorate monitors air pollution over:

  1. (a) British internal waters;
  2. (b) the British territorial sea;
  3. (c) offshore installations standing on the United Kingdom continental shelf;
  4. (d) anchorages within the United Kingdom fishery zone.

No. The responsibilities of the Industrial Air Pollution Inspectorate and the Pollution Inspectorate for Scotland are limited to emissions into the atmosphere from works registered under Schedule 1 to the Health and Safety (Emissions into the Atmosphere) Regulations 1983.
