§ Mr. Maddenasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to his answer of 13 January, Official Report, column 455, whether the investigation into the disclosure of information on immigration procedures in the Daily Telegraph on 3 December is now complete; what information has been produced to date; if he will now ask the Director of Public Prosecutions to look into the matter; and if he will make a statement.
