§ Mr. EggarWe have repeatedly made clear to the Salvadorean Government our concern over human rights violations. Most recently my right hon. and learned Friend raised the matter with the Salvadorean Foreign Minister in November 1985. But, we and many other countries recognise the improvements that have taken place under President Duarte. We are also concerned about increasing human rights violations committed by the guerrilla forces active in El Salvador.
