§ Mr. Butcher[pursuant to his reply, 23 January 1986, c. 280.]: My Department's press and public relations activities span the whole of information division and the BOTB's publicity unit. The following figures therefore relate to all specialist and support staff in those areas of work as at 1 April each year. The staff costs are at historic prices.
