§ Mr. Strawasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish a table in the Official 470W Report showing the total numbers of staff employed (full-time, part-time, and full-time equivalent) by (a) all local authorities in England, and (b) by local authorities by their party of control since 1979 to date.
