§ Mr. AncramI regret, as I am sure does the Forth Road Bridge Joint Board, the inconvenience caused to bridge users on Friday 21 February. I understand that it was due to wholly unsual circumstances which obstructed the board's normally efficient clearing and gritting arrangements. However, the management of the bridge is entirely a matter for the Forth Road Bridge Joint Board which will, I am sure, take note of the hon. Gentleman's views.
