§ Mr. LuceNo. As my hon. Friend the Member for Bristol, West (Mr. Waldegrave) explained to the hon. Member on 23 July 1985, the aim is to publish the reports of the reviewing Committee on the Export of Works of Art as soon a possible after the end of the period covered. Exceptionally heavy caseloads in two consecutive years resulted in delay in the publication of the 1983–84 report. Publication of the 1984–85 report has similarly been delayed by the heavy caseloads this year. It is hoped that the report will be published no later than June 1986.
