§ Mr. Budgenasked the Secretary of State of State for Northern Ireland if he has received the Commissioners' report on the public inquiry held on 22 May 1985 at Downpatrick into objections to the Down development plan; and when he expects to publish it and his own decisions.
§ Mr. NeedhamThe report of the Planning Appeals Commission was received on 19 December 1985 and is under consideration by the Department of the Environment. It is likely that a statement on the plan together with the commissioner's report will be published by the end of April 1986.
