§ Mr. EggarThe implications of the United Kingdom's involvement in SDI have not been discussed in Eureka meetings that my right hon. and learned Friend has attended with European Foreign Ministers. Eureka is concerned only with civil projects. It is accepted that SDI participation is a matter for each country to decide alone.
