§ Mr. ButcherThe design of the national accreditation mark was chosen by the Department of Trade and Industry following consultations with the Lord Chamberlain's Office and on the basis of advice received from the Department's legal advisers. The National Accreditation Council was informed of the choice before the mark was publicised, but its advice was not formally sought.
