§ Mr. Kenneth BakerI have had no recent discussions with the city council about its housing programme. Officials of my Merseyside task force met Liverpool councillors and their officers on 12 December 1985 to discuss the council's housing investment programme. Similar meetings were held with all other housing authorities in the task force area.
