§ Sir George YoungThe right-to-repair scheme is being monitored by means of an additional section in the quarterly housing activity form completed by local authorities. The new section covers the number of applications, the number which were refused and the reasons, the number of claims made under the default procedure and the extent to which contractors have been used.
