Mr. Dewar

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will re-calculate the relationship of gross and net community charge to net household income as set out in figure F.4, and the relationship of rates and community charge, both gross and net, to net household income in each band of equivalent net income as set out in figure F.5 in the Green Paper "Paying for Local Government", Cmnd. 9714, on the basis of existing conditions for the payment of rates.
