§ Mr. MellorI understand from the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis that in the three months ending 31 December 1985, there were no prosecutions solely for a lorry exceeding the weight limit specified for Grosvenor road, SW1. One offender was, however, cautioned and one case relating to an incident during that period remains to be dealt with.
