(3) what information he has as to those contracts for refuse collection services which reverted to the local authority or its agents following competitive tendering which had formerly been awarded to private contractors for each of the past six years;
(4) what information he has as to how many local authorities have invited competitive tenders for the refuse collection service in each of the past six years;
(5) what information he has as to those contracts for local authority architects' services which reverted to the local authority or its agents following competitive tendering which had formerly been awarded to private contractors for each of the past six years;
(6) what information he has as to how many contracts have been awarded to private companies following competitive tendering for the architects' services of local authorities for each of the past six years;
(7) what information he has on how many local authorities have invited competitive tenders for the architects' services for each of the past six years;
(8) what information he has as to the total savings which have been made from the competitive tendering for local authority architects' services for each of the past six years.
