HC Deb 18 February 1986 vol 92 c128W
Mr. Gow

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what will be the additional costs to the health and social services boards in Northern Ireland of providing for each extra person (a) over the age of 65 years and (b) over the age of 75 years up to 1992.

Mr. Needham

It is not possible to estimate with any acceptable degree of accuracy the costs to the health and social services boards of providing for individuals in various age groups.
