§ Mrs. RumboldLocal authorities are responsible, under section 134 of the Post Office Act 1969, for the issue of dog licences. I am not aware that any authority has chosen to employ a voluntary agency as its agent for this purpose. I see no need to seek to influence local authorities' judgment in this matter.
