asked the Secretary of State for Defence (1) when it is now envisaged that the test workshops and facilities will be moved from the Royal Navy stores depot, Llangennech;

(2) what is the estimated cost of moving the naval weapons engineer test facilities from the Royal Navy stores depot at Llangennech and re-establishing them at other locations.
