§ Mr. DunnIt is for local education authorities to decide on the use of their prescribed capital expenditure allocations in the light of their individual circumstances. My right hon. Friend has made a prescribed capital expenditure allocation of £14.261 million for expenditure by the Inner London education authority on education projects in 1986–87. In making that allocation, he took account of £7.243 million of new capital works in the authority.
