§ Mr. DunnThe Department makes grants in the light of the relevant statutory provisions for purposes which are specified to the recipients. The recipients are responsible to the Department for ensuring that the funds concerned are not used improperly. If my hon. Friend has any particular grant in mind, perhaps he would let me know.
