asked the Secretary of State for Social Services pursuant to the answer of 27 January, Official Report, column 399, from the hon. Mernber for Leicester, East, if he will seek the permission of Mr. Salah Abdessalem Ben Rabha to disclose whether he is in receipt of any social security benefits; and if he will make a statement.
