asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what consideration he gave prior to his speech in the House on 3 December to the efficacy of arrangements for supervision of the security services in (a) Canada and (b) Israel.

Information on time served for the lengths of sentence specified is given in the following able. Time served under sentence is reduced by remission, parole and time spent in custody on remand.
