§ Mr. Michael SpicerMy right hon. Friend does not have the powers to require the privatisation of Humberside airport. Our present intention is to direct Humberside county council in the next financial year to form a Companies Act company and transfer the airport business to it, thereby facilitating the partial or full-scale privatisation of the airport.
