§ The Attorney-GeneralHaving taken counsel's advice in Dublin, the Government have decided not to appeal against yesterday's judgment of the High Court in Dublin. This judgment, for reasons based primarily on the constitution of the Republic, rejected the Attorney-General's application for an injunction to restrain publication of the book by Joan Miller.
