§ Dr. Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what representations he has received from (a) local government, (b) leasing companies, (c) motor vehicle suppliers and manufacturers, (d) computer suppliers and manufacturers, (e) lift manufacturers and 764W (f) central heating engineers on his proposals to count the value of leased plant against local authorities' capital allocations.
§ Mr. RidleyI have received a number of representations from local authorities and leasing companies. I shall consider these representations, and consult the local authority associations prior to laying regulations before the House.
