§ Mr. RentonWe regularly hold discussions with the US Administration on a range of political military issues, for example, when my right hon. and learned Friend met Mr. Shultz in Vienna. The ABM treaty, to which the UK is not a party, is raised in the course of these discussions as appropriate.
