Mr. Kirkwood

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will estimate, for the past 10 years up to the most recent year for which figures are available, and broken down by region (a) the number of patients suffering from asthma, (b) the number of deaths from asthma and (c) the number of inhalers prescribed by type.
