§ Mr. Allan StewartThe outlook for employment in Dundee, as elsewhere, is dependent upon continued economic growth and on pay restraint. Dundee itself should continue to benefit from the Dundee project under which the Scottish Development Agency and local authorities are acting together to develop new industrial and business opportunities in the city, and to promote its business image. Dundee's development area status and the Tayside enterprise zone will further enhance employment prospects.
