§ Mr. WhitneyMy right hon. Friend, the Minister for Health opened Alcohol Concern's new premises on 25 September 1985 and had informal discussions with members of Alcohol Concern. There have been no other meetings with a voluntary body to discuss alcohol abuse in the last 12 months.
