§ Mr. Beggsasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will take steps immediately to introduce more effective security measures at the Royal Victoria hospital, Belfast, to ensure that all vehicles entering the hospital grounds are checked on entering and leaving in a proper manner.
