Mr. Wareing

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) how many disabled married women became entitled to receive the housewives' non-contributory invalidity pension in each of the years since its inception; and how many of these are currently in receipt of severe disablement allowance;

(2) how many disabled married women have become entitled to receive the severe disablement allowance since November 1984 who did not have reserved rights because of their entitlement to the housewives' non-contributory invalidity pension before that date.
