§ Mr. RaisonIn 1982, population-related activities represented 0.9 per cent. of gross expenditure on overseas aid, of which 28 per cent. was spent on bilateral programmes and projects. The same figures for 1983 were 1.1 per cent. and 36 per cent. and for 1984 0.9 per cent. and 28 per cent. respectively. Figures for 1985 are not yet available.
