§ Mr. RaisonThe Foreign Minister of Paraguay, Dr. Saldivar, discussed his country's plans for the Ferrocaril de Soya railway with British firms during his official visit to London in March. Her Majesty's Government have not been asked to provide assistance for this large-scale project from our modest bilateral aid programme to Paraguay.
