Whether they expect that there will be coroners' inquests into the deaths in County Armagh in late 1982, and if so when.
§ The Lord Chancellor (Lord Hailsham of Saint Marylebone)The coroners engaged to preside at inquests upon the death of John Frederick Burns, John Gervaise McKerr and Eugene Toman on 11th November 1982, the death of Michael Justin Tighe on 24th November 1982 and the deaths of Roderick Martin Carroll and Peter James Martin Grew on 12th December 1982, have indicated their intention to arrange dates for the individual hearings as soon as all relevant information is available to them; it is not possible to give dates at this stage.
