Whether following the consensus document on nuclear testing they are arranging fully to separate civil and military nuclear facilities in the United Kingdom.
§ The Minister of State, Scottish Office (Lord Gray of Contin)Among other conclusions, the Final Declaration of the Non-Proliferation Treaty Review Conference recommended "consideration of separation of the civil and military facilities in the nuclear weapons states". Her Majesty's Government are considering this recommendation.
