§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he intends to give his consent to the change in the staff code of the Greater London council in order to provide indemnity to employees in respect of actions taken against them arising out of the discharge of their official duties.
§ Mr. TraceyMy right hon. Friend will give further consideration to the Greater London council's application for consent when the council responds to my Department's request for additional information.
