§ Mr. RentonMy hon. Friend the Member for Edinburgh, Pentlands (Mr. Rifkind) visited Uganda on 11–12 March. There appears to have been some improvement in human rights although much still remains to be done. We receive regular reports on human rights in Uganda from the British high commission at Kampala.
