HL Deb 07 May 1985 vol 463 c645WA
Baroness Jeger

asked Her Majesty's Government:

How many women patients are on the Wandsworth Health Authority's waiting list for inpatients and out-patients at the latest convenient date; and what were the numbers before the closing of the South London Hospital for Women.

The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Health and Social Security (Baroness Trumpington)

Information available centrally on inpatient waiting lists does not provide a breakdown of the sex of the patient. With regard to out-patient waiting lists, we do not collect this sort of detailed local information centrally. The noble Baroness may therefore wish to seek information from the chairman of the Wandsworth Health Authority.
