§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsThe plans of the Skillcentre Training Agency and training division of the Manpower Services Commission provide for a sizeable increase in training both in quantity and in terms of its relevance to local labour market needs. Future Skillcentre operations will be an integral part of the overall training provision and there will be no closures in Wales until alternative training arrangements are available.
