§ Mr. Michael SpicerAs required under Article 12 of the "United Kingdom/Singapore Air Services Agreement" (Cmnd. 4619) consultations are taking place with the aeronautical authorities of Singapore about services to Manchester. The availability of rights of equivalent value to a United Kingdom carrier will be one of the matters for discussion.
