§ Mr. Silvesterasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will make it his policy to seek the opinion of the House before any decision is made by Her Majesty's Government to renew the acceptance by the United Kingdom of article 25 of the European Convention on Human Rights in January 1986.
