HC Deb 02 May 1985 vol 78 c227W
Mr. Moynihan

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what arrangements he is making in Dhaka to expedite interviews for first-time applications for clearance in the non-priority category.

Mr. Renton

We are arranging for first-time applicants for entry clearance to be placed in a queue that will have priority over those who have previously applied and been refused. This new arrangement will not affect those in the priority queues.
