§ Mr. YoungerThe Inshore Fishing (Scotland) Act 1984 had not yet been brought into force. The Government are currently studying the comments of interested parties on their latest proposals, which did not include area restrictions within the Clyde estuary, and once decisions are made will publish the necessary orders.
