§ Mr. Gordon Brownasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will indicate the programmes or sub-programmes within his responsibility for which volume comparisons between 1984–85 to 1987–88 with 1978–79, or the nearest base year, are available and publish such comparisons in the Official Report.
