§ Mr. RaisonThe main housing project since 1982 has been the provision of 54 prefabricated houses as part of the rehabilitation effort. The final cost of this project is not yet known and, in any case, would not be a reliable guide on which to estimate the costs of construction locally. I regret, therefore, that because of the lack of recent experience in local construction of domestic accommodation, the information which would enable such an estimate to be prepareda is not readily available.
