HC Deb 05 March 1985 vol 74 c466W
50. Mr. Dalyell

asked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will make a statement on his latest communication from the International Labour Organisation about the status of Government communications headquarters's employees at Cheltenham.

Mr. Tom King

I understand that the Government's letter of 4 January to the International Labour Organisation about GCHQ has been considered by the committee on freedom of association and is now to be considered by the committee of experts on the applications of conventions and recommendations.
