§ Mr. RifkindNo. But we are in close and frequent contact with the Thai authorities on refugee matters and my hon. Friend the Member for Shoreham (Mr. Luce) expects to discuss the problem of Cambodian refugees with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees this month.
